RP Qatar - keluar dari Qatar lebih dari 1 tahun

Dear teman-teman,
barangkali ada yg pernah mengalami, ditunggu info dan sharingnya,
terimaksih sebelumnya.
Istri saya keluar dari Qatar( pulang ke INA ) akhir maret 2011, masa
berlaku RP masih sampai November 2012.
Kalau sudah keluar Qatar melebihi 1 tahun, apakah RP otomatis hangus ?
apakah bisa ke masuk ke Qatar lagi ? kalo bisa apa saja yg harus
diurus ? Rencananya Istri akan ke Qatar menjelang masa berlaku RP
habis ( sebelum November 2012) sekalian nanti memperpanjang RP,
apakah ini bisa dilakukan ?
Kalau meninggalkan Qatar melebihi 6 bulan dan masih belum setahun,
sudah pernah kita alami, waktu itu mengurus lagi semacam surat "denda"
or apalah namanya dengan membayar 500 real di imigration.

Pak uyok sepengatuhan saya , dan ini terjadi juga pada temen saya, bahwasannya anak dari temen saya juga masih punya RP qatar , tapi anak tersebut sekarang sekolah diindonesia, dan pada akhir2 ini anaknya mau keqatar dalam masa liburan , tapi dia sudah tinggal diindonesia lebih dari 6 bulan, jadi kalau anak tersebut mau keqatar sebelum lewat dari 6 bulan RPnya harus diperpanjang, katanya kalau ndak diperpanjang RP tsb akan mati,
begitu setahu saya bila ada kesalahan mohon dibenerkan.

Tetap harus ngurus Return Visa (QAR 500). Detailnya bisa dilihat di link berikut
1) The beneficiary has exceeded his stay outside the country for more than 6 months or his residency expired while outside the country.
2) To submit an application from the sponsor attached with a copy of passport for each sponsored person (who have stayed out side the country more than 6 months) and father and mother ( SUAMI ) of the sponsored person.
• The beneficiary has exceeded 6 months outside the country and his residency is still valid.
• Present the application from the sponsor and attach a copy of the passport of the person who has exceeded the period, and a copy of the parents ( SUAMI ) passports.
2) To submit an application from the sponsor attached with a copy of passport for each sponsored person (who have stayed out side the country more than 6 months) and father and mother ( SUAMI ) of the sponsored person.
• The beneficiary has exceeded 6 months outside the country and his residency is still valid.
• Present the application from the sponsor and attach a copy of the passport of the person who has exceeded the period, and a copy of the parents ( SUAMI ) passports.

terimakasih respondnya p Ade & p Kris,
return visa dengan biaya 500 real itu saya sudah pernah mengalaminya,
waktu itu Istri keluar Qtar sekitar 8 bulan, masalahnya ketentuan
keluar qatar melebihi 6 bulan tsb apa juga berlaku kalo melebihi 1
tahun ? logikanya sih melebihi setahun ya otomatis melebihi 6 bulan.
Kebetulan RP istri dulu diperpanjangnya langsung 2 tahun, jadi masa
berlaku masih sampai Nov 2012.

Selama RPnya belum expired, saya kira cukup dengan return visa
tersebut, mau berapapun lamanya.

Sepengetahuan saya hanya maksimum 1 tahun dari tanggal keluar Qatar (disurat perpanjangan tertulis tanggal harus kembali ke qatar). Or mungkin ada yang pengalaman melebihi 1 tahun?

Setahu saya sejauh ini dari pengalaman adalah dari masa berlaku RP nya, kalo RP nya berlaku lebih dari 1 tahun dari tanggal keluar qatar, masih bisa diperpanjang (dengan penalti). kalo lewat dari expire RP ya harus apply lagi.
