Hi,

I have downloaded the fresh source code of TEMPO and when I try to run it i get the following error.

tshegofatso@tshegofatso-laptop:~/intalio-tempo-b6ee114$ buildr
(in /home/tshegofatso/intalio-tempo-b6ee114, development)
Building tempo
Segmentation fault

Has any one seen this before? I remember seeing this in the mailing list from some one else but I can not locate the email/post at the moment. Please help

This usually means a mismatch between the jvm used while installing
the gem called rjb, (coming by default with buildr) and the jvm used
while running buildr itself.

You could also try to run buildr through jruby and using nailgun to
reuse a server jvm.

Most buildr questions are usually better answered through the buildr
mailing list itself.

Good luck !

Thank you Nicco.

Apparently the native RJB does not support java 6. With java 5.....every thing works like a charm. It is just too bad I had to find out this the hard way :)

I also found the hard way that rjb does not support OSX 64bits
architecture either... :)
