UI FW display localhost vs. server name

I successfully run through the compilation process of the latest
version of Tempo but got a small bug at the end with the ui-fw
display. While the interface perfectly works locally using the
'localhost' URL, it is inconsistent using the server IP or address.
Please refer to the ui-fw_display-bug.JPG file in the 'files' section
to have a view. Got an idea ?
