How to find out the given User belongs to Mutiple Roles or Groups

Hi,
My requirement is to find out groups or roles belongs to given user?
which SOA component has this API. Please tell me how to find out.

The rbac service is your friend:
http://localhost:8080/axis2/services/RBACQueryService?wsdl

We are now also accepting contributions to this service.
The service is read only, and it would be nice to be able to do some
simple updates through it, like adding users, and roles at runtime.

The code is on github at:
