సినారె, తనికెళ్ళ భరణి, చుక్కా రామయ్య వంటి వారు తెలుగు భాషోద్యమ సమాఖ్య ను ఏర్పాటు చేసి, ప్రాచీనత అంశంపై ఉద్యమం చేపట్టారు. తెలుగు ప్రాచీనత దీని ముఖ్యాంశం. ఈ ఉద్యమం తరపున నిన్న (ఫిబ్ర 21) హైదరాబాదులో ఊరేగింపు, నిరాహార దీక్ష జరిగాయి. ఉద్యమ తక్షణ లక్ష్యం తెలుగు ప్రాచీనత అని తెలుస్తోంది. సి.ధర్మారావు అనేవారు తెలుగులోనే విద్యా బోధన ఉండాలనే విషయంపై ప్రత్యేకించి మాట్లాడారు. భాష అభ్యున్నతి, తెలుగు వెలుగు, వైభవ వికాసం, భాషా పరిశోధన మొదలైనవి విస్తృత లక్ష్యాలుగా తీసుకుని ఈ ఉద్యమాన్ని నిర్మిస్తే బాగుంటుందనుకుంటున్నాను. మనం ఈ ఉద్యమంలో ప్రత్యక్షంగా పాల్గొనగలిగితే బహు మంచిది. లేకున్నా, అందరం మన సంఘీభావాన్ని వారికి తెలియజేయాలి అని నా ఉద్దేశ్యం.
ఒక విశేషం..సాధారణంగా రాజకీయ నాయకులు ఇలాంటి కార్యక్రమాల్లో పెద్దగా ఆసక్తి చూపరు. అయితే ఉద్యమానికి బాగా మద్దతు ఉన్నా, లేక మద్దతు వస్తుందనే అంచనాలున్నా దీనిపై ఓ కన్నేసి ఉంచుతారు. నిన్న మంత్రి ఎమ్మెస్, బాబు, దత్తాత్రేయ మొదలైన వారు దీన్నో చూపు చూసి వెళ్ళారు. మరి ఇది దేనికి సూచికో..!?
అయితే మండలి బుద్ధప్రసాదు గారు దీనికి మినహాయింపులా కనబడుతున్నారు. మొదటి నుండీ ఈయన భాషా ఉద్యమంలో చురుగ్గా ఉన్నారు. ప్రస్తుత ఉద్యమంలో కూడా పాల్గొన్నారు.

first of all if we can form a group as I said consolidated group some
thing like free software foundation,and then
we can have a press meet, and let the world know about tht,
A press meet will be a very effective source I hope, and also regular
articles about CYBER TELUGU in news papers will help a lot, and Even
press meet wouldn't cost any thing I guess.
All we need to create is a buzz n the town
and few organisations like Linux User Group Hyd, Free Software
foundaton Hyd Chapter, and even few corporates ,and even lingustic and
computer departments in Univeristes and collg may also get aware of it
,so that they may help in some way or other.

I am observing this kind of idea from few of the bloggers about uniting the all blogs... If you recall. Aasagaam which has started first telugu Podcsting blog www.voiceofambition.com is one. The promoter just 2 months back tried to send around 2000 emails to all these blogers and I understand the response is very negative.
If you people not taking me as another negative person, I think that every blog would like to take lead part in getting the right space or lead blog is the reason behind it why this unity cause has failed. And you take any tamil or English or Taiwan or other country blogs there is no single source or united blogers of India like thing.
Matter fact is that the idea of blog is to voice or air the individual opinion of the blogger without any restrictions or conditions or terms or moderator or main person.
Actually the sister blog of voice of ambition in telugu they call it Aasagalam and in English Voice of Ambition - promoted by one Mr Joy from Srikakulam - he started a forum with an idea of uniting the telugu groups , rather Indian groups may be, but the moderators are some thing like .... ( I don't want to express it). You need to be more accommodative, you need to be innovative, you need to be creative, and you need to specifically cater to the varied interests of the varied people like we Telugu people. Telugu people has got one specialty... Their adoptability is their unique nature. Unlike Tamil or Malayalees, they don't act as if their tradition is in danger or as if their identity is about to be erased so they talk in their language. They don't feel that others feel uncomfortable or it is unparliamentarily to talk in unknown language when there were foreign people are around. But we, we are considerate, concerned about others first and think about us later... May be that is the reason we are being taken granted for some time, at some situations.
I just would like to recall a situation – in 1972 when I went first time to Madras, I was staying in a lodge at Triplicane, while I was working at an office near Devi talkies. I don't know much Tamil at that time. And one evening a large person, well large literally came to my room for his room mate and asked him about me. Room mate told him that I was from Andhra, and suddenly he laughed at me and said "Golti" ( you people might have encountered this situation in Madras. Gotli means downtrodden or scavengers … Because most of the scavengers at Chennai are from Nellore, they insult us like this. This I came to know even before I go to Madras. That fellow without even thinking that I was yet to be introduced, suddenly asked me with a tongue in cheek. Hello what is meant by Golti? Suddenly I thought about it and said that it is like thanks, and we should say "no mention" but when say that, you people are thinking that we are requesting to not to call us like this. He said "Thanks?" by twisting his face. He is strong, over built and I am very lean and short and I don't' want to have any physical controversy with him. I said yes, but if I tell you the background you will feel insulted, so please don't ask me. Naturally he started insisting me and I asked whether he heard about Tanjavur Saraswathi Grandhalayam. Yes he said. Then please go and read Tamil dictionary about Golti. He asked me whether I read it. I said that every one in AP is aware of it. He requested me to narrate the information and I got assurance from him that he will not harm me. He agreed. Then I said that when the East India people came here entire population of Tamilnadu were not aware of cleaning their ass once they finish the lavatory. And there was so much smell and over and above they were not wearing any trousers but only Lungis. Then one Englishman went to Nellore and requested 50 andhra people to come to Madras and teach them about how to clean their ass after doing the thing and also teach them to clean their lavatory. Once it was done, the 50 people were about to go back and all the learned Tamilians requested the Englishman to keep them here in Madras and give them hereditary right to get the jobs in corporation. And it was agreed and from that day whenever they see an Andhra, they remember their old days and express that Oh! You people brought us the Golden days!" By some time, it was just Golden Days and then just Gold, and it has been turned to Golti… So we have to say "no mention" He was unable to speak a word and asked me my name and said that from day, if I want any help, he can count on me. After a week his friend came when he was in my room. That fellow suddenly enquired about me, he said casually that I am an Andhra, and that friend was about to say the word, and suddenly this big man jumped on him and closed his mouth and dragged him out to the balcony and said asked him that he should never utter that word, and if he do, he will tell a story, and he don't want to listen that story in his life once again and neither he will not repeat that story to him.
This is how these people create inferiority complex in us. I was with them for 30 years! I know they are like dogs. They will start barking, if you run, they will be after you, better stand erect, search for a small piece of wooden stick and they will start licking your feet and make rounds with new sounds.
That is it.
Any how I suggest that, members ship is increased to 70 people within a 50 days for VOA, and added attraction is podstat and it is one of the latest craze.
I suggested to Mr Joy to target the Indian call centers where the young telugu people at Bangalore, Hyderabad or in Noida would be happy to listen some new jokes, discussions and satires etc.
What I suggest at the end is - be creative in selecting the subject, be innovative - just talking about Hollywood or bollywood or corruption or telugu jaati is like deceiving / cheating ( in mind terms) us. Just by talking through PC about us, thinking that we have done service to Talugu Prajalu is nonsense. But then select, make it unique and make it such a thing that within 6 months even the other languages should ask for translation of our site... Work with a strategy of 6 months to build it... ask for clear opinion and you people should clear opinion whether you like it or not ( instead of leaving it to old people like me!)
And I feel joining with Podcasting is much encouraging. The area is free from encroachment, it is not banjara hills or jubilee hills, it is right time you young people come with a strategy... instead ogf Kalla Gajja Kankalamma etc., OK I hear you, but then, bring some thing seasonal.....
Comments.... of any type is welcome. I am ready to give innovative concepts if you people are ready
I will ask you one question… The members are most of them from India and few of them from US or some other countries. Can we bring some kind of help desk for the young girls who are becoming victims in the hands of green, red blue or yellow card holders or no card holders of US, They get themselves advertised in Marriage broker's websites and our people go for auction like Jubilee land and pay lakhs and send the girls without getting proper information. In some cases the result is very very pathetic even for highly educated women and highly placed parents. This is great! Good to see the response...and the idea to have a first get together in Hyderabad is also good. Kiran, Trivikram, Sirish, Prasad and other members have come up with really good ideas.
Though I am not in Hyd, I do hope many Telugu lovers, computing enthusiasts really get together, and this would be the beginning of the Telugu Computing Movement...thats what I would refer it as..till we find a beautiful Telugu name. And with its beginning in Hyderabad, it will spread to other cities and countries.
Yes, spread the word around...and lets try to get it to all our contacts esp. those in media and political sphere.
I will soon give another reply mail to this thread, which will be sent to many Telugu groups on the internet. Will list some ideas I have, and the action plan we can follow.

The promoter just 2 months back tried to send around 2000 emails to all these blogers and I understand the response is very negative.If you people not taking me as another negative person, I think that every blog would like to take lead part in getting the right space or lead blog is the reason behind it why this unity cause has failed. And you take any tamil or English or Taiwan or other country blogs there is no single source or united blogers of India like thing.Matter fact is that the idea of blog is to voice or air the individual opinion of the blogger without any restrictions or conditions or terms or moderator or main person.Actually the sister blog of voice of ambition in telugu they call it Aasagalam and in English Voice of Ambition - promoted by one Mr Joy from Srikakulam - he started a forum with an idea of uniting the telugu groups , rather Indian groups may be, but the moderators are some thing like .... ( I don't want to express it). You need to be more accommodative, you need to be innovative, you need to be creative, and you need to specifically cater to the varied interests of the varied people like we Telugu people. Telugu people has got one specialty... Their adoptability is their unique nature. Unlike Tamil or Malayalees, they don't act as if their tradition is in danger or as if their identity is about to be erased so they talk in their language. They don't feel that others feel uncomfortable or it is unparliamentarily to talk in unknown language when there were foreign people are around. But we, we are considerate, concerned about others first and think about us later... May be that is the reason we are being taken granted for some time, at some situations.
I just would like to recall a situation – in 1972 when I went first time to Madras, I was staying in a lodge at Triplicane, while I was working at an office near Devi talkies. I don't know much Tamil at that time. And one evening a large person, well large literally came to my room for his room mate and asked him about me. Room mate told him that I was from Andhra, and suddenly he laughed at me and said "Golti" ( you people might have encountered this situation in Madras. Gotli means downtrodden or scavengers … Because most of the scavengers at Chennai are from Nellore, they insult us like this. This I came to know even before I go to Madras. That fellow without even thinking that I was yet to be introduced, suddenly asked me with a tongue in cheek. Hello what is meant by Golti? Suddenly I thought about it and said that it is like thanks, and we should say "no mention" but when say that, you people are thinking that we are requesting to not to call us like this. He said "Thanks?" by twisting his face. He is strong, over built and I am very lean and short and I don't' want to have any physical controversy with him. I said yes, but if I tell you the background you will feel insulted, so please don't ask me. Naturally he started insisting me and I asked whether he heard about Tanjavur Saraswathi Grandhalayam. Yes he said. Then please go and read Tamil dictionary about Golti. He asked me whether I read it. I said that every one in AP is aware of it. He requested me to narrate the information and I got assurance from him that he will not harm me. He agreed. Then I said that when the East India people came here entire population of Tamilnadu were not aware of cleaning their ass once they finish the lavatory. And there was so much smell and over and above they were not wearing any trousers but only Lungis. Then one Englishman went to Nellore and requested 50 andhra people to come to Madras and teach them about how to clean their ass after doing the thing and also teach them to clean their lavatory. Once it was done, the 50 people were about to go back and all the learned Tamilians requested the Englishman to keep them here in Madras and give them hereditary right to get the jobs in corporation. And it was agreed and from that day whenever they see an Andhra, they remember their old days and express that Oh! You people brought us the Golden days!" By some time, it was just Golden Days and then just Gold, and it has been turned to Golti… So we have to say "no mention" He was unable to speak a word and asked me my name and said that from day, if I want any help, he can count on me. After a week his friend came when he was in my room. That fellow suddenly enquired about me, he said casually that I am an Andhra, and that friend was about to say the word, and suddenly this big man jumped on him and closed his mouth and dragged him out to the balcony and said asked him that he should never utter that word, and if he do, he will tell a story, and he don't want to listen that story in his life once again and neither he will not repeat that story to him.
This is how these people create inferiority complex in us. I was with them for 30 years! I know they are like dogs. They will start barking, if you run, they will be after you, better stand erect, search for a small piece of wooden stick and they will start licking your feet and make rounds with new sounds.That is it.Any how I suggest that, members ship is increased to 70 people within a 50 days for VOA, and added attraction is podstat and it is one of the latest craze.I suggested to Mr Joy to target the Indian call centers where the young telugu people at Bangalore, Hyderabad or in Noida would be happy to listen some new jokes, discussions and satires etc.What I suggest at the end is - be creative in selecting the subject, be innovative - just talking about Hollywood or bollywood or corruption or telugu jaati is like deceiving / cheating ( in mind terms) us. Just by talking through PC about us, thinking that we have done service to Talugu Prajalu is nonsense. But then select, make it unique and make it such a thing that within 6 months even the other languages should ask for translation of our site... Work with a strategy of 6 months to build it... ask for clear opinion and you people should clear opinion whether you like it or not ( instead of leaving it to old people like me!)And I feel joining with Podcasting is much encouraging. I will ask you one question… The members are most of them from India and few of them from US or some other countries.
