This is two step approach.
Step 1: Editing files in Telugu. (We have Lekhini, Baraha, Google transliteration and other editors)
Step 2: Encrypt / Decrypt the text. (We have plenty of open source projects to do from
http://sourceforge.net/)
First of all we can apply cryptography on any set of bytes.
Here language doesn't matter.
Encryption and Decryption are well developed.
