Just cut and paste the telugu on right window to your blogger page.

but u can try to have an application which supports telugu typing.

You can try either www.yudit.org or www.baraha.com

browser you can have a look at http://telugudisplay.blogspot.com or
the help page from http://te.wikipedia.org
