Dear Friends and Literary lovers,

We invite you to the October 2008 issue of Pranahita.

We extend our warm greetings to all of you on the festive occasion
of Batukamma and Dasara, the festivals that celebrate the collective
spirit of Telugu people. Happy season's greetings to you all!

The 10th anniversary celebrations of DTLC (Detroit Telugu Literary
Club, Detroit) held on September 20th and 21st were a grand success
and were like a festival for Telugu literary lovers across the US.
These two day celebrations were attended by literary friends not
only from US, but also from Canada, Germany and India. There were
very serious and fruitful discussions about Telugu literature,
literary criticism in the forums held on these two days.

In this issue of Pranahita please read Kondepoodi Nirmala's `prEma
