Is there a possibility to connect two calls or to make conferences?

Hello,

I was wondering, if there is a possibility to connect two calls. For
example: I get an external call to my Telephone app and want to
connect this call to another number.

Another question: Is there an option to make conferences of 3 people?

Recent versions of Telephone support that. Select Call > Transfer from the main menu or press T.

Only using a server (when you all call a conference bridge).
