my experience with the service:
They had to installed outdoor high gain antenna attached to my indoor
cpe. (-65db cool)
download is 1mb only during off peak time like 6-7am in the morning.
upload is very bad only 150kbits (max value) no matter what time -
even help line is not able to solve it.
Now the funny thing about qubee
after every 2 hours and 59mins cpe gets disconnected with base station
and takes from 1 min to 3min to re-connect
I lost my telnet and remote sessions ops!
I open ticket with support - they close the ticket next day with
remarks its solved
I called them they said its normal because we have to update the
billing every 3 hours
what billing - is this hourly package?
even 10 years back with dial-up we do not have to run billing like
this?
