PTCL DSL is DOWN!

any update on, PTCL DSL is down on most of the places in Karachi from noontime.

Yes, some of the DSL connections in Karachi is down since Thursday, November 19, 2009 and after knocking all the doors at PTCL my problem is just now resolved. I was told that it was a small glitch at PTCL end and my port has been rest and it is working fine. 

It took PTCL  four days to reset the port and I am afraid how they are supporting corporate customers with this kind of support / processes in place.
