Just got a note from PTCL about upstream outage, anyone has details about what the outage is and any ETR?

Hi,

There is cable cut in SMW 4 Network in Seg-3 Route-2 between Cairo & Kom-Hamada.  Cable cut is at a distance of at 76 Kms from Cairo towards Kom-Hamada & ETR is 5 hours.
