GPRS usage in Pakistan

I'm interested to know stats(if there's any) about the GPRS usage in
Pakistan. Do people use/avoid it due to bandwidth rates? Infact the
question rises that are carriers playing their role to expand/restrict
the mobile Internet usage in our country?
