Its a old news :) M$ is going to award same status to Link Dot Net
(which they have in Egypt). They had plans for BizTalk Services etc.. from Datacenter of LinkDotNet or Mobilink's Farid Farooqi Center. Fortunately i was with teams back 3 years when they were doing this planning and visits for datacenters.
