2. If they wanted to close the voice ports for Call centers, they should have asked PSEB for
the list of registered call centers.
3. They should also have put in news paper about this with 2 to 4 weeks notice about their
action to be taken place.
4. The Call Centers MUST start using Alternate ROUTES instead of VOIP for Call centers, to
stay away from all this drama.
5. There should be a classification between upto 10 seat and upto 100 seats and over 100
seats call centers.
A call center of 10 seat can work VERY WELL on 2mbps of bandwith that is being sold for
4000 rupees by ptcl at this time.
They are the MOST common of so called call centers in Pakistan.
