What devices and softphone( or any software) do i need which can support PTCL local numbers on PC(without using analog phones), with following features:
1: call recordings.
2: can configure 2 or more phone in on pc(softphone like sip trunk in ip phones)

I worked on iPhone and PBX server so i wil configure it, but i dont know which devices do i need for it and how to start, our company work in peshawar. my mobile number is 0345-9113774

Look into FXO/FXS devices.. You possible need SPA3000 / SPA3102. And you
will need a PBX to route calls. You can use Asterisk Home and Elastix as
both are easily installable and configurable.
