prospects of BPO Pakistan

Can anyone share the prospects of BPO segment in Pakistan. I am trying
to search for a report on this segment of IT industry but if anyone
has it readily available, please forward it to me.
or if anyone can tell me the source from where I can find latest
numbers on this segment.
