Network Outage

Is any one aware of any outage or issues at upstream providers as the
internet traffic is crippled from past couple of hours ?

As per some information recieved:

 

Following are the areas having faults:

 

SMW-4 fault near Italy

Palermo - Marseille (via SMW4)

SMW-3 fault near Mumbai.
