Wateen has launched the WOW Packages. Wateen is really geared up and
seems very aggressive & serious in the market since last one month.
Good for the industry growth. Well done Wateen..
I have received detailed new prices from inside wateen.

1Mbps: Rs. 1,000/- with Zero Security
512kbps: Rs. 1,000/- with Zero Security
256kbps: Rs. 1,500/- with Zero Security
Notes:
1. The new upfront will be available both on pre-paid and post-paid.
a. In case of post-paid, security against credit limit of Rs.2000 will
remain the same.
2. The promotion will start from August 14th, 2009 and end on August
31st, 2009, both dates inclusive.
3. The new upfront will be applicable on rental model only.
Also offering UPS (750va) in Rs. 1000/- with new connection..
yeah apparently aggressive. Let's see how good their support & cutomer
services respond. Atleast, they have taken a step ahead towards
positive direction.
Best of Luck Wateen.
Thanks

Competition is getting perfect after ptcl & wi-tribe in the
market...its the competition of customer & technical services now
because such a close price competition hardly matter for customer
decision making sense.

Ptcl usb is getting pathetic. it was good in start but i think they
have sold more than their capacity. Atleast wateem wimax is much
better than ptcl services. Let's see how well Wateen serve us with USB
with such attractive pricing. does anybody have test experience of
Wimax USB services?

Wish them best of luck... but I doubt it will be very successful. I
want a 1 Mbps unlimited wimax package and at Rs 1400 it sounds very
attractive. But i wont buy it. Why? Cause it is Wateen! They really
need to work on fixing their brand image.
My two cents...
