Good Day to all. As per my information, 63% shares have been bought by
Telenor as SingTel didn't agree to the price demanded by Dhabi Group. Thus
now, 63% shares are with Telenor, 30% with SingTel and 7% with the group.
Also there are rumors that Telenor High ups have selected the CEO of the new
management. This has not been announced publicly as yet since the PTA has
not been informed so far. Moreover, Telenor wants WARID to clear all the
pending liabilities before the formal handover. Kindly also keep into
consideration that WARID/WATEEN are mostly using the same towers and sites
for transmitter while paying the space owner for single transmission.
