"You can now query for a list of completed quests with
“QueryQuestsCompleted()” then wait for the “QUEST_QUERY_COMPLETE”
event, and call “GetQuestsCompleted(<luatable>)”."

I look forward to pushing the Tour Guide button that syncs up its
quest completion database with the WoW server, clearing checked quests
I haven't completed [because I wanted to skip it at the time] and
checking off quests that I've completed. This is pretty exciting. :)
