Namaskar,
I have been successfully using the SIL Document Converts in the past along with Office 2010.
But this time when I installed the same on my Office Computer (Running Windows XP SP-3, MS Office 2010 Professional Plus), I am not able to use the most useful feature of the package i.e. Bulk Word Document Converter. I wish to add a Technical Hindi (Google group) Html Unicode<>Walkman Chanakya Converter and use it, but the Bulk Word Document Converter is not ready to open.
What may be the reason? How may I fix the issue? I desperately need to use the feature.
I hope the knowledgeable technical people will find few minutes and will give few tips to me.

सिलकन्वर्टर का पुराना संस्करण 3.0 इंस्टाल कर देखें. कभी कभी 3.1 में ऐसी समस्या आती है. मुझे भी आई थी.
