I think if someone cared enough to write out the card, they'd be able to
describe themselves well enough "I'm looking for a C++ programmer and

Yes, you're right, you guys already do more than enough. But I'm sure
someone would volunteer each night, and if they didn't, the idea would
still have served its purpose for the evening
