I prefer NIBM. Do their CCS (Certificate in Computer Science) first. You'll
be trained to work in an office environment. Then, if you like, you can
enter their diploma & continue to degree. It's awarded by a well reputed
foreign university & if you've qualifications, you can enter UGC approved
Sri Lankan internal degree. www.nibm.lk.
