Nope. Software enchase means when after picture took, Web cam software can
increase resolution ( number of pixels). It can add pixel in between real
pixel taken by camera, This not gain real 30 mp resolution and not much
quality as well

ඒක් quality වැඩිවෙන්නේ නෑ. software වලින් resolution වැඩිකිරීම කියන්නේ අමු
