 VCC - Virtual Credit card වෙන්න ඕන ඔයා අදහස් කරන්නෙ. physically නැති නිකන් NO එකක් පමණක් තියෙන credit card එකක්. මෙමගින් අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා පහසුවෙන් ගනුදෙනු කරන්න පුළුවන්. සමහර අය මේව භාවිතා කරනව paypal, moneybroker වගේ account verify කරන්න. මම නම් දකින්නෙ අවුලක් නෑ, නමුත් මේ credit card එකට සල්ලි දාන්න, වියදම් කරන්න ගැටළු එන්න පුළුවන්. ඉතින් හොදම දේ තමා sampath web card එකක් භාවිතා කරන එක තමන්ට credit card එකක් නැතිනම්.

ඔව්, වෙනත් රටක යාළුවෙක් වත් ඉන්නව නම් එයාගෙ මාර්ගයෙන් කරගන්න වඩාත් සුරක්ෂිතයි.

Paypal account එකක් හදනකොට රට මැලේසියාව වගේ එකක් දාලා, Nationality එක Sri Lankan කියලා දාන්න. ඊට පස්සේ ඔයාගේ ඇත්ත නම, ලංකාවේ ලිපිනය, ඒ ඔක්කොම ඒ විදියට දාන්න. දැන් ලංකාවේ credit card, web card ඕකට දාන්න පුලුවන්. බැරි වෙලා හරි ලිමිට් කලොත් පාස්පෝට් එකේ කොපි එකක් යවලා බේර ගන්න පුලුවන්. යවනකොට කියන්න ඕනෙ මම කලින් මැලේසියාවේ හිටියේ, ලංකාවට ආවා ටික දවසකට, මගේ බිස්නස් කරගන්න account එක දෙන්න කියලා. එතකොට හරි.
