You have to install app called App2SD them u can install apps to SD card
via that applications

the applications & most of them are cant.Is there any way to move all
applications?

that is the place where you can find the official posts of the upgrades and
other about ur phone i think cm7 is not still available for
your device there are other roms but cannot be trusted for long term use so
u will have to wait for it their is topic going on abut cm7
development process so it will be available soon
