*BI Reporting Engineer*

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration : 6+ Months

*Job Description:*

You will have responsibility for design and implementation of
Reports/Dashboards using BI tool – Tableau with highest quality. The
reports and dashboard will be served from a web portal. The responsibility
includes web development and ETL. This individual will be interfacing with
Product Management, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Operations, and
other development teams.

*Requirements:*

·         At least 8-10 years of experience in software development,
preferably in RDBMS, BI tools and ETL.

·         Demonstrated experience in BI tools – specifically Tableau.
Designed and implemented reports and dashboards. Experience with other BI
tools is a plus.

·         Excellent understanding of database design and SQL – MySQL and
Oracle.

·         Experience in OLAP cubes is a plus.

·         Web development experience on Java stack preferred.

·         Experience in Google Visualization is preferred.

·         Experience with the following products and technologies: Linux,
Jetty, Web Services, Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScritps.

·         Strong analytical skills including the ability to define
problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

·         Excellent software development practice, including sprint models.

·         Team player, flexible, adaptable and able to manage multiple
tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

*Position : Project Manager*

*Location : San Jose, CA (or) Redmond, WA*

*Duration : 6 Months+*

The support is for deployment blocking and defect problem management.

*The resources need to following skills and knowledge:*

·         Requires a definite understanding of Operations Process and
Ticketing Systems.

·         Need to have PM skills and a structured approach and to assist in
the creation of the Taxonomy and Metrics/Reports.

·         On a daily basis these resources will review the all Current
Blocked DCS Work Orders and Non-DCS Work Orders, that have been blocked for
more than ~24 hours to unblock them and Review the DCS Ops Attributed
Deployment Defects with DCS as the Identified Resolution Owner cataloging
the Project, Work Order, Ticket, Blocking Code and Use of the Blocking
Code, Cause of the Block, etc.

·         Capturing this data in a separate system to build Problem
Management Reports to show the trending and recommend Data driven
corrective actions to the Tooling and processes.

The resources could be located at either Bay or Puget Sound.
