Abstract : The use of online and networked mobile learning
technologies in education have led to the "re-valuing" of the power of
local and glocal connections in building pedagogy that better address
the digital literacy needs of learners and teachers alike. The policy
that governs and guides this networked learning also needs to better
accomodate the flexible modes and challenges that working flexibly can
mean for an organisation. This paper and presentation brings first
hand examples of open education reform in action with a range of live
connections to dynamic educators who in partnership with others are
employing flexible delivery in a number of international locations.
