help needed for dissertation topic at masters level in field of human resource management

Anyone out there who has suggestions for possible dissertation topics
in the field of training and human resource management, please send me
possible areas of research.

I am a full time MBA student and have only three
months to complete my dissertation, while continuing to work part time.

In addition to time constraints, I am also constrained by a lack of
contacts in the HRM field as I am working in another industry, as well
as financial limitations.

If anyone has ANY suggestions for me, PLEASE write in with them as I am

DESPERATE to come up with a topic ASAP.
