Has anyone had any experience with www.ning.com ? So far its looking
like a really well integrated social software site that could be
really useful for workplace assessment as well as a share-site for
teachers.

Yes, I'm in several NING groups - not sure how well its all going - first
impressions are OK.

I do like Airset though... the group I'm with there is making great use of
the resources.
