I have not had a chance to update the plugin yet. I belive the process
should not be too hard.  I know they changed alot of namespaces but I
purposly minimized the amount of resharper api and did as much against the
raw VS api becuase I was burned going to the 4.0 release.  I hope to get a
chance too look at near the end of the month.  I am just slammed right now
and will probably have some time at the Alt.Net conference if I do not get
to it before than.
