Compute Gain & Loss

	I am trying to incorporate the TD API into one my programs,

	Where are the client methods in the latest Github v1.1.0 that were in v1.0.4?
	First of all - nice work! I've got 3 TDAmeritrade accounts and am looking forward to writing my own apps against them. I noticed the sample app and associated client methods are missing from v.1.1. 	Option name format

	Historical Data Feature Request
	The current historical data feature is great. I've seen on TD Ameritrade's API website that minute data is also supported. I tried to get access to their API to write the function myself but they now require an account with at least $25k or 15 trades per quarter.
