Hi Darrell,

The pdf output could be an alternative as Cedric pointed out. But your problem sounds really strange.

How are you trying to print the T-Coffee output? I'm supposing that you are using an internet browser to do that. Which one?

Dear Dr. Notredame,

I have been using TCOFFEE Psi alignment to compare sequences and I am having a difficult time handling the output.  For some reason it does not print in color when I try to print directly.  I would like to have a pdf ouput that maintained each set of alignments on one page.  Do you have NY suggestions.  This is obviously doing a better job of alignment than the version of clustalW that I have been using.
