no output from various T-coffee alignment programs

Hello,

Trying to run over the last two days various T-coffee alignments.
Even though I enter my email no results are sent or acknowledged and
even though I don't close the job window, no results populate. The
window instead just restarts the alignment program webpage for
submision.

I know the Expresso could take only 50 sequnces previously. Is this
still the case, and what is the maximm for the other programs?
