Dear Community Members,

            Assalamu Alaikum & greetings.  This letter is to remind us all
of the upcoming TBS Picnic, which will be held on August 8, 2009.  This
falls on a Saturday, between 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.  The event will take place
at the Apex Community Park.  Here is a link to their website…

            The following community members have graciously agreed to help
us in organizing this upcoming event.  This is only a working tally so far;
any who wish to assist us in this event are more than welcome to
participate.

The Picnic events will consist of the following…

1) Grill & Chill (Food):

-        BBQ chicken

-        Hot dogs (beef)

-        Beef patties

-        Vegetable patties (on request)

-        Potato chips

-        Dinner rolls

-        Garden salad

-        Watermelon

-        Soda/water (in can or bottle)
