	Error in TJ3 Manual - some columnids not supported

Just an FYI, not a showstopper for me unless I (or other linux based developers) have something to contribute. 	double extend is ambigeous
	Attached is a slightly changed tutorial.tjp file. I added a second 'extend' with an identical 'text' attribute ID of 'Email'. Got this stack trace. I tried this because I wanted to see what would happen. I know the workaround is to remove secondary extend. 	htmltaskreport - sort by indexup versus sort by indexdown

	Dutch translation of "unsubscribe"
