I am a newbie and in the learning process of this app.
I am trying to define a situation that when in certain conditions (e.g.
night time) the phone (Galaxy S3) goes into silent mode, except for when a
certain call number that I define rings. In this case the phone should ring.
So I defined 2 profiles, Silent profile and Caller profile as follows:

Hi, did anyone get Tasker to work with dual sim phones? Like for example enabling /disabling mobile data doesn't work. I bought Tasker a few weeks ago and used it on desire s - it worked really fine, but now I switched to a dual sim phone (lenovo p770) and was disappointed to see that most of my tasks just won't work...

I've been wanted to have a fully voice controlled phone for a while now. There's a plethora of apps out there for that, but none of them quite work the way I want, nor are they particularly customizable. Tasker, however, is beyond customizable. I didn't really want to use rigid phases with it, though. Turns out, there's a company out there, Maluuba, that, while they have their own control app, make their api available online. It takes in a phrase, and spits out a category, an action, and a bunch of entities (variables) that are just screaming for tasker. So, I wrote a little interface task, and a framework of tasks for all the currently available actions. Those tasks I left empty, so folk can make them the way they want them.

The problem I have with tasker v4.0 is that when it is active in my status
bar it comes and goes.
Everytime I see that the tasker is avtive. and when i pull down the

I Am trying to automate my PdaNet + app to auto start my hotspot. When I test out the tasks individually they work perfect; however, when I run them all

APP Crashes with Scene overlay-blocking

I have an over-blocking that sits on all home screens. It destroys itself
when %WIN is not "home".
This has worked flawlessly except for one new APP: PYKL3Radar - which is

Unable to export task as an application

file, MediaPlayer can't be told not to loop. I guess these ringtonef

I am trying to setup a script that does an http get. If I browse the page It returns a series of dynamic links. But when i do a get the actual page that is loaded into httpd reads "loading..." in the section I was hoping to see the links.

Reduce display battery usage.

whether this is normal or not but reducing this percentage should be well
