Try the Ivona tts voices. They're free in beta, and have been beta for ages. They sound very nice, and can be used with tasker's "say."

I used to be a fun of Ivona, but it has some serious issues with initialization, causing it to constantly fail. Also, since it's now owned by Amazon or whatever, it's only a matter of time before it's ruined

I would need to add an option to the action for that, because not
everyone wants to use network for TTS.
I put it on the todo list (but don't hold your breath)

I added a Network parameter to the Say action for next version.

Didn't have network available to test it, please let me know if it's not working.
