Won't install under wpmu

Hi - I tried installing this under wordpress multiuser.

After unzipping the files into plugins/tantan/ :

The plugin lists on plugins.php and the Reports Menu appears on the
main page. Clicking on it takes me to a URL like:
http://example.com/wp-admin//home/wpmu/domains/example.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tantan/tantan_reports.php

This fails with internal server error/

If I manually edit the URL to
http://example.com/wp-content/plugins/tantan/tantan_reports.php I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_action() in
/home/wpmu/domains/www.example.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tantan/tantan_reports.php
on line 202

Any hints would be appreciated.
