Look after the well being of mind and body.
Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.
Be truthful and honest at all times.

Hello Friends,

 

Before we can heal the world, we need to be able to heal those who are far from us.

Before we can heal those who are far from us, we need to be able to heal those who are close to us.

Before we can heal those who are close to us, we need to be able to heal ourselves.

As for the updates:

Classes will resume on Saturday January the 5th, and Tuesday the 8th.
