5 Steps to the Perfect Omelet
A few simple steps will make your omelets look like the fluffy ones the pros make
1. Since it's a quick process, have all your ingredients ready by the stove before you start cooking.
2. Use a nonstick skillet and add a little butter or give the pan a quick coat of nonstick cooking spray.

How do we find inner peace? and second September update

How do we find inner peace? (from WikiAnswers.com)
Answer
By stopping to search it.
How do you stop circles in the surface of water?
How do you wash water?
Answer
Some find it through religion. Others seek inner peace through other means, i.e. yoga, meditation, etc. My personal opinion -- make peace with your past and then find your soul mate.

Had a great time teaching as well as seeing the state and ready to go back to the Los Angeles tango scene. Promenade milonga will be back on Sunday, the 3rd and the 10th of August from 6-10 pm. Classes are back in session and I believe this is it.

QUOTES from WOMEN WHO RUN WITH THE WOLVES: By Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph.D.
"Do not cringe and make yourself small if you are called the black sheep, the maverick, the lone wolf. Those with slow seeing say a nonconformist is a blight on society. But it has been proven over the centuries, that being different means standing at the edge, means one is practically guaranteed to make an original contribution, a useful and stunning contribution to her culture." (p.212)

It is recommended reading because it is moving to see how one of the best and most brilliant of writers expresses himself and with sorrow. (Even as I'm SURE this would have sounded TWICE as good in Spanish, let us enjoy the English version nonetheless...) He says:
