-Saturday's Milonga

July 19 we welcomed Janet and Allen, they are very nice and promise to be very nice tango dancers!

I forgot last week to note in this news medium that on July 12 Gordon and Wanda came from Tallahassee to engage us and help make the milonga into a big success.

What:       Tango y Té weekly milonga

When:     Saturday  7:30 pm - 8:30 pm: lesson in the fundamentals of tango
                               8:30 pm - 12 am: general dancing

Where:    Brazilian Cultural Arts Exchange, 601 South Main Street

Cost:       $10 ($5 for students) includes fundamentals lesson and refreshments

-For Men Only Practicum

Some men have responded enthusiastically when hearing about the soon to start "Men Only Practicum."

The main thing that women ask is that we take care of our own posture and movement!

There will be no women to distract us from exploring principles. This will help to prepare us so that the women won't be distraught by us when we dance with them at the milonga.
