The explanation by the moderator is below for reference. Isn't it fascinating how consistently wordy is the bureaucracy across various institutions regardless of the institution's origianl purpose? I am going to post here.
I understand that in future some moderation would be needed, or may be
a membership, since spammers will find it sooner or later, but to
moderate postings of members of tango community - that is - no no !
I hope we'll be able to handle complex situations..... more »
