A 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Apartment is available for sublease starting
the August of 2009. The name of the Apartment is Normandy Square
Condos, It is located on Nagle Street and it is only 3 blocks away
from the university campus. The Bus Stop for the university shuttle is
a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Since two of us are moving out an
entire room can be rented by one person or a room can be shared. For
one bedroom the rent is $320 and if a room is shared the rent is $160.
The total utilities – the electricity and gas are never more than $50
per person. There is no water bill since the rent is inclusive of the
water charges. There will be no deposit required. The best features of
this apartment are its location and the size of the apartment – the
rooms are much bigger than those of any other apartment complex and
