Roommate for an apartment at the Villas of Cherry Hollow

Hi,
Since you are looking at this ad/posting, I guess you are looking for
a place to stay at College Station. Well then, your search ends right
here. My friend and I, undergraduates (sophomore) in computer
engineering (from India), have signed up a lease for an apartment at
the Villas of Cherry Hollow, a place very close by (walking distance)
to the Texas A&M university campus. Its a 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment.
The rent per month is $650, for the whole apartment. My friend and I
would be paying $325, since we would be occupying one of the bedrooms.
If you plan to join us, and have a roommate for yourself, then your
part would be ¼ of the total rent, which would be $162 per month.
Whereas, if you wish to rent the entire room by yourself, then your
part would be ½ of the total rent, which would be $325. Its an
unfurnished, fully carpeted, centrally air-conditioned apartment, with
kitchen, provided with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster etc.
Other utilities would include electricity, internet, etc., which at
the max, would come to $50 per person per month. The lease is for 12
months, and there is a security deposit of $450, which is refundable.
The apartment application fee is $60 and since we have already signed
the lease, the add-on fee, for the lease, per person would be $50. The
amount for the deposit and the apartment application fee ($450+$60) is
to be divided equally amongst all staying in the apartment. You can
