Hi all,

This is a great initiative and I am guessing a lot of other companies
will follow this up as well. So what I'm suggesting is, we can have a
standard generic presentation, write-up and reference material which
all the employees can use in their own respective companies to promote
commuting. This will reduce the rework in the research and effort

I am mailing you regarding a favor. My Company, a reputed MNC in CHennai, is about to start an initiative called "Pedal to Office (Commuting via Bicyle)" for its employees. As a part of the procedure, they are planning to have an initiation meeting in which they will explain the benefits of cycling to its employees. They need a Cycling Expert to deliver a short speech on the benefits of cycling, just around 25-30 minutes. It would be great if one of you could spare your valuable time for this effort (Delivering a speech). I am seeking your help as we have been trying to introduce cycling in our office for almost a year. We feel that this initiative will gain strength if a person from the cycling community clearly emphasizes on the benefits of cycling, just to ensure more credibility.

Welcome to Montra Team Time Trial 2013

We are happy to inaugurate the competitive events for this season (2013-14) with a Team Trial event.
During the last one year several records were broken and new records were set. Its only a matter of time before these records are broken and the bar is raised again. We had many teams participating from various cities and towns. There was tremendous improvement in performance of many cyclists and some have also turned pro !!!

Normally before TCC events, I [and all other members here] would [happily]
get announcements / alerts / registration links through the googlegroups,
delivered into our inboxes. This has suddenly vanished after the TCC Road
Race I.

I wonder why ! Any policy decision not to continue it?
