    Thanks,

I never hide caller Id, I don't think that's the problem. The direct forwarding number still doesn't work after I reported the problem months ago.

    Thanks for posting the update.

Your phone provider is SPRINT; please contact SPRINT and ask them to pass
    your caller ID to us.
If you cannot get the caller ID issue resolved by Sprint, please let us
know (sup...@talk86.com), and we will allocate different direct forwarding
    numbers to you.

Here's the summary for the caller ID not recognize issue
    (http://www.talk86.com/frequently-asked-questions/):

Why I have to enter PIN every time?
First please make sure you are calling from your personal mobile or
landline phone. To protect our users’ accounts from being misused by
strangers, the PINless feature is automatically disabled if the caller ID
number is identified as *public/shared *(school, company, government,
public google voice phone or skype number).

So far we’ve confirmed all major mobile phone carries (except *Sprint*)
pass caller ID number correctly to us.

The following landline providers may not pass correct caller ID number to
    some of our access numbers:

    - Ooma
    - MagicJack
    - Comcast Voice plan
    - iTalkBB
    - Vonage

If you are using the above mentioned landline providers, and you have to
enter PIN every time, please contact your landline provider to request
correct original Caller ID number passing, or try other access numbers on
    our website.

    Thanks,
    The Talk86 Team
