Share International magazine
The following three stories appeared in the April, 1998 issue of Share
International magazine in the Letters To The Editor section.
Wholesale purchase
        Dear Editors,
(1) The following experience happened to my child, Jan.
On Friday 18 April 1997 I asked him to go and buy me a pack of butter.
I gave him the shopping bag and a Swiss 5 franc coin.  Before he left he
asked me in which of the three shops the assistants were most friendly
to children; I told him, and he left.
After quite a while he came back and said as he put the bag down in
front of me: "Mum, that was really heavy!"  I looked inside the bag and
there were 10 packs of butter.  When I asked him how he had paid for
them he said the woman behind him in the queue had paid.  I should have
given him a green bank note (+ Fr 50) because the woman had paid with
such a note.  He pulled the 5 franc coin out of his pocket and gave it
back to me.  I asked him what the woman looked like.  With a big,
radiant smile he said: "Mum, she was light, full of light, and very
loving!"  I then phoned the shop and the assistant confirmed that the
woman who stood behind Jan had paid for the 10 packs of butter.
My son, by the way, is five years old.  Could you tell me who the woman
is/was, and whether it was Jan's idea to buy 10 packs of butter, because
when I asked him why he had brought home so much he answered that then
we wouldn't need to go shopping all the time.
(Benjamin Crème's Master confirms that the "woman" was Maitreya.  He
also put the idea to ask for 10 packs of butter in the boy's head.)
Topping-up
(2) I have a second question.  Yesterday, 30 April 1997, I had to rush
to get to the post on time.  At home I checked through my purse and saw
that I had only two 2 franc pieces and some smaller coins left.  So I
rushed to the cash point to draw out some money.  The driver of the
post-van didn't have enough coins for the right change from my note, so
I offered to count the small change I had to see if that would be
enough.  When I looked again in my purse there was a 5 franc coin.  And
so there was enough money.
From time to time I have had the feeling that there is more money in my
purse than there really should be.  Could you tell me whether I am being
helped, and if so by whom?  (For four years I was a single mother in
training, and for the past nine months I have been unemployed on income
support benefit---therefore lack of money is often an issue for us.)
(Benjamin Crème's Master confirms that Maitreya manifests the extra
money from time to time.)
Hard choice
(3) On the night of Monday 28 April 1997 I was going to a talk in
Olfen.  The train from Zurich was late and it would be difficult to be
at the Hotel Olfen on time.  I was rushing up the steps of the subway
when a young man dressed in black approached me.  He asked me for Fr
3.90 for the bus which was right next to us.  Afterwards I noticed that
it was very light around him, and that no one else stood within a radius
of about three metres from him---like a vacuum.  Undecided, I considered
whether I should or should not give him my only, last, 5 franc coin.  I
was too scared to give it to him because then I would have nothing left,
so I declined his request.
On the way to the hotel I kept pondering whether I should simply have
given the five francs away.  I regret that I am not that far developed
that I could just give anything away---although I would have had a
feeling of trust had I done it.  Who was this man?
Erika Wild, Winterthur, Switzerland.
(Benjamin Crème's Master confirms that the man was the Master Jesus.)
