Ideas for conflict resolution in community:
First: "We must tell the truth to ourselves and we must speak the truth in
our communities... name the demons with compassion and clarity"
Second: we must establish clear ethical codes and procedures for conflict
resolution, often with the help of wise elders.
Third: power should be shared via councils, ending the leaders isolation and
promoting group responsibility.
Fourth: Explanations, amends and a reaffirmation of values maybe required.
